- 1 cup of peeled chickoos
- 1 cup of peeled bananas
- 1/2 cup of soya milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup of crushed ice.
How to make the smoothie?
To make your smoothie, you will need a fruit blender. Fruit blenders are just like any other normal blenders, which have specific blades to blend the long threads in fruits, into a smooth blend. But, never mind if you have a normal blender, it will still serve our purpose.
- So, now take your chickoos, banana, soya milk and honey in the blender and close the lid. Start increasing the speed of the blender blades step by step. When you are on the top speed, keep on blending for 20 seconds and then step down the speed to stop it. Open the lid and check the blend. Check to see if the fibres of the fruits have blended in smoothly or not.
- If they have not blended smooth yet, then again close the lid and blend it for another 20 seconds.
- Now add the crushed ice and again blend the smoothie for 20 seconds. If you prefer to have it without ice, it is okay to skip this step.
How to serve a chikoo smoothie?

Chikoo blend tends to go sticky if kept for a long time. If it turns sticky, then it will not taste and feel good. Thus, it is better to prepare the smoothie just before serving and relishing it.
If you prepare the smoothie and keep it in the fridge, it can turn black. So avoid keeping a prepared smoothie in the fridge and serve it immediately after preparation.
