- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup black grapes
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method of Preparation
- First take your blender and add the peeled and mashed banana, Yogurt and Honey.
- Close the blender and allow the mixture to blend properly for 20 seconds. In this way, the fruits and yogurt will blend smoothly.
- Now, open the blender lid and add the ice cubes into it. Blend the mixture again for at least 15 seconds, so that the the ice gets properly crushed and blended into the smoothie.
- Now take a tall glass and pour the blend into the glass. Add some cherries for decoration.
- Your Black Grapes blend is ready.
