The ingredients required for our Orange Smoothie are as follows:
- 2 cups of peeled oranges with seeds removed.
- 1/4th cup of Yogurt
- 2 table spoon of natural and organic (if available) Concentrated Orange Juice
- 1 table spoon Vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Now that you have collected all of your required ingredients, let us start preparing Orange Smoothie.
- Take a blender and put your peeled Oranges, Yogurt, concentrated Orange Juice and Sugar together.
- Start your blender and gradually, increase it to the highest speed and keep it on the high speed for 15 seconds.
- After 15 seconds, slow down your blender and eventually switch it off.
- Open the lid and add the ice cubes and vanilla extract. Again, close the lid and start the blender, gradually increase the speed to the highest and then keep it on for 20 seconds.
- Check whether your smoothie has blended in a smooth preparation. If not, you may continue blending it for a few more seconds.
