Pineapple Fried Rice is a quick to make and delicious recipe for those who like a sweet tooth rice preparation and with a dash of salt and onion. This rice preparation is good to meet your hunger needs and to give a feel that you have just ate something heavenly!
- 1 bowl of cooked Basmati rice
- 10 pieces of Cashew nuts
- 1 bowl of cut Pineapple pieces
- 2 to 3 of cut and diced carrots
- 1 bowl of finely cut Spring Onions
- 2 table spoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
First cook the Basmati rice and keep it aside. Take a frying pan, heat it and add 2 table spoons of oil to it and allow it to heat up. Now put the spring onions to it and fry it properly until they turn . Then add carrots, cashew nuts and then again fry them for a few minutes until the color changes for 5 minutes.
After this, add the cooked rice into the pan and switch off the gas / electric heater. Once again mix all the ingredients well. Add salt to the mixture and mix it well with your spatula.
After mixing it well, keep the pan on the cooking table / heater and start cooking once again. Add butter and then add pineapple pieces and mix it well.
Fry your rice for 5 minutes and then steam it on low heat. Your Pineapple Fried rice is ready.
This fried rice can be serve with salad and schezwan sauce. You can also add beans with the vegetables.
Serving the rice
Pineapple Fried Rice looks nice when served in a White Porcelain plate. You may use any other plate if you do not have a white plate. Put the rice in the middle in a bowl shape or just by spreading it loosely. Then on one side put the salad up and keep the spoon or Fork Spoon (Spork) on the other side.
